Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga

Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga

I have finished the Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga teaching course. It was just beautiful experiences for my life by studying it with connecting to my mind, body and soul. Yoga means "union" of body, mind and spirit. Through meditation practice you may feel the same inside of you. Performing asana you can get into inner yourself and observe your mind without judging anything.

Living in yoga brings you harmony, balance, peaceful mind, healthy body, and beautiful spirit.

Many thanks to ancient wisdom and everyone and everything around us.

The Law of Dharma, The Purpose in Life.

As you know that everyone has a purpose in life, his/her Dharma. For your life purpose we will accept your unique talents and abilities to serve yourself and others.

To be in Dharma, our life force must flow effortlessly without interference.

Let us attend to our silent witness. Nurture the divinity within us. Surrender to the god/goddess in our soul.

And let us acknowledge and identify our unique talents and cultivate an inner dialogue of "Serve others." "How can I help? How can I serve?"

The Mantra of this law is;

" Om Varunam Namah", which means "My life is in harmony with cosmic law."

Let us find out our Dharma through our daily mediation. Listen to our heart saying. Be grateful with our inner wisdom.

"To work with love…is to weave the cloth
with threads drawn from your heart, even as if your beloved wore that cloth.”
-Kahlil Gibran, The Prophet

The Law of Detachment

In order to get your desires and intention met, practice to detach the attachment to outcome. To acquire something in this world, you have to relinquish your attachment to it. Deepak says in his book, "Anything you want can be acquired through the detachment because the detachment is based on the unquestioning belief in the power of your true Self."

Then embrace the unknown. Relinquish your attachment to the known.

To apply this law to your life, you practice detachment, and accept/Embrace uncertainty/unknown, then step into the field of possibilities and anticipate excitement.

The Mantra of this law is;

" Om Anandam Namah", which means "My actions are blissfully free from attachment of outcome."

Let us all meditate everyday to get it into our daily life to our higher consciousness. Now, we practice detachment, free from our any attachments, and explore our pure potentiality.

"The ego and the self dwell in the same body. The former eats the sweet and sour fruits of the tree of life, while the latter looks on in detachment.” - Mundaka Upanishad

The Law of Intention and Desire

According to "Seven Spiritual Laws of Success" by Deepak Chopra, this law is based on the energy and information in the nature. As a human being, you experience thoughts, feelings, memories, desires, needs, fantasies, and beliefs . These are came from energy and information in the nature as same as from the quantum field information in the universe.

your intent is for the future but your attention is in the present. As long as your attention is in the present, your intent will manifest in the future.

When you meditate, in getting into the gap/stillness, you release your desires into the silence and relinquish them right after introducing them in the gap. Then experience the stillness which brings the pure consciousness.

To apply this law is to make a list of your desires; " what do I want?", "what do I need?" for my life. And relinquish them. Then remind yourself to practice present-moment awareness in all your actions in the day. I will accept the present as it is to manifest the future.

Today, I only had an intention to be present in any moment. So, I just surrendered myself to it.

Be in a present-moment awareness, just to be. Everyday I can live with joyfulness in surrendering to Devin. Let us all meditate every day to be in pure awareness.

The mantra of this law is;

" Om Ritam Namah", means " My actions are supported by cosmic intelligence."

In our meditation, practice law and let our desires and intentions come true in our life.

The Law of Least Effort

After committing your actions, you may notice that there is energy of love in the nature. So it is the best way to enliven this law of Least Effort motivated by love and your soul/spirit is your internal reference point.

To enliven this law, you will practice acceptance as they/the things are like the nature does, then take responsibility for your acceptance. However remember to be defenseless, not insist your need to be shown, for your actions/acceptance.

Remind yourself, "This moment is as it should be."

The mantra of this law is:

" Om Daksham Namah" means "My actions achieve maximal benefit with minimal effort."

Let us meditate each day to enliven this law and live it in your daily life.

The Law of Karma

Every moment is a moment of choice and therefore every moment is a moment of infinite possibilities. When you come to decide what you do, I remind myself of this law.

There are three ways to enliven the law of Karma; 1. recognize your choice you make, 2. think what is the consequence of the choice, and then 3. listen to your heart for the choice you make whether this will make us happy and bring success to others.

If the choice will make or give me discomfort, this is not the one I want to choose.

There are many opportunities in the daily life you encounter these cases.

Observe yourself and make a comfortable choice.

Let us meditate every day to make a right choice at each time.

The mantra of this law is;

" Om Kriyam Namah", which means "My actions are aligned with cosmic law"

The Law of Giving and Receiving

After communicating with the nature, we find the love given by the nature. Circulation of the love and wealth.

When you inhale, we have oxygen from it and when we exhale the nature take our breath out, co2.

To apply the law everyday, practice; 1 accept the gift from others and 2 give a gift to others and 3. circulate the wealth in the world and exchange the energy with the universe. You are not alone here but with the energy, wealth from the universe, the nature.

Just enjoy the sensations in the nature and be grateful to it.

The mantra of this law is;

" Om Vardhanam Namah", which means " I nourish the universe and the universe nourishes me."

The Law of Pure Potentiality

Today, let us cultivate stillness by meditating. Then commune with the nature. Today I shall judge nothing. Let me surrender into the stillness for the pure potentiality, the source of the creativity of the life.
I shall meditate to touch the stillness in the morning and in the afternoon. Just surrender myself in the quiet moment. Later I walk in the park to enjoy the beautiful sunshine and sense the cool breeze. Smelling the tree and flowers give me fresh sensation. Thanking the wonderful nature. Just be pleased to be there. I will practice non-judgement today. Just accept what it is and who they are. So grateful to be here.

The Mantra of the law is;
" Om Bhavam Namah", which means " I am absolute existence."

I am back now.

It's been so long since I got on this blog. As a human being has to go through in the life, all my parents have passed away. Yes, it is very empty in my feeling without them. It took me so long to accept it and still working on it with my feeling regardless nothing can be done. I will get over it soon.

In Feb. I received a call from my bother that my father was in very bad condition and I rushed home back to Japan. Luckily I had be able to talk to him but he was very weak with suffering from the breathing and weak heart beats. However I could spend a time with him about a month before his death.

A week before his death, there was the massive earthquake in Japan followed by devastating Tsunami. Just astonishing to know that the nature is beyond the human life. The people over there are very patient to accept the situation and try to do what they can do next by themselves to recover from the crisis.

This is the one my biggest reasons not on this blog for some time. I will keep moving on for my life as the universe directs me and I have never missed my meditation till now. It is very grateful that we are alive now.

With my sincere gratitude.

Flow With Your Witness of Silence

As you meditate, there are many thoughts coming and going. Rather than denying them, just let yourself allow to flow with them. Come and Go as witnessing yourself outside of it. Quiting your mind and pulling your inner sight to the infinite possibility. Enjoy the quietness in you. Namaste,
