Purpose in Life

Today's law is the law of Dharma (Purpose in life).
The mantra is " Om Varunam Namah", which means "My life is in harmony with Cosmic Law."
Let us cultivate your gods or/and goddess in you.
Let us find our own unique talents and let us serve how we can help others......

Live in your Dharma; and love who you are, and accept yourself as you are and themselves they are.
We ate all the same and in oneness. Live in peace and joy everyday. Welcome uncertainty in your life.
Everything is in our cosmic harmony all the time.
Trust outcome and live in RITAM!

Namaste,

Intention & Desire

Thursday's law is the law of Intention and desire. "Om Ritam Namah" means that my intentions and desires are supported by the universe.
Be clear of your desires,  release them and trust the outcome, and be in the present moment.

Your power chakra at the Solar Plexus relates this law.
Live in the present moment with your intentions to be clear and trust outcome.
Have a wonderful fulfilled day!

Pure Potentiality

The mantra of today is "Om Bhavam Namah", which means "I am absolute existence."

Today let us cultivate meditation, connect to our stillness, commune with the Nature and practice no judgment.  Just observe what is happening without judging anything.  Stay in calmness in your mind. Just notice and observe what is going on in your body and mind.
This practice will bring you calmness in your physiology and each cell of your body will flow to its natural rhythm to your pure potentiality.
Surrender to the Divine and trust outcome with gratitude!

May you have a peaceful and wonderful week.

Stillness and Peace!

After becoming a Vedic Master certified by the Chopra Center in June 2012, I was back to my part-time job to catch up, and to finish up all the delayed office works with sincere gratitude to my boss for letting me away so many days for my study.  Doing the catch up works, being busy but I felt stillness in my physiology. What a peaceful feeling I am getting! Whenever or whatever you are doing, you will be able to go back quietness by practicing meditation everyday. I here again encourage you all to go back the meditation practice and feel peace in you mind. Such a blessing time you will enjoy! Stay in touch and see you in the Gap!

Today is Sunday, the Law of Pure Potentiality "Om Bhavam Namah", I am absolute existence.
Let us cultivate stillness, commune with nature and practice non judgment.

I AM BACK NOW.

It had been very long time since I came back to this blog. After taking the Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga teaching path, I had become very busy on my part time job due to a long off for this study. Then in April 2012, I started study for the Perfect Health Ayurvedic Lifestyle teaching path. It was an eye opeing study for me. I learned about the basic info of Ayurveda, which is 5000 year old ancient wisdome. Specially everything including human being are made out of the MAHABUTHAS (great elements - Space, Air, Fire, Water and Earth).
It attracted me so much. This is a start for the path of my life.  I will keep inform/connect you again. Hopefully soon! Meanwhile, please enjoy each day!
Much love and light!

Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga

Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga

I have finished the Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga teaching course. It was just beautiful experiences for my life by studying it with connecting to my mind, body and soul. Yoga means "union" of body, mind and spirit. Through meditation practice you may feel the same inside of you. Performing asana you can get into inner yourself and observe your mind without judging anything.

Living in yoga brings you harmony, balance, peaceful mind, healthy body, and beautiful spirit.

Many thanks to ancient wisdom and everyone and everything around us.

The Law of Dharma, The Purpose in Life.

As you know that everyone has a purpose in life, his/her Dharma. For your life purpose we will accept your unique talents and abilities to serve yourself and others.

To be in Dharma, our life force must flow effortlessly without interference.

Let us attend to our silent witness. Nurture the divinity within us. Surrender to the god/goddess in our soul.

And let us acknowledge and identify our unique talents and cultivate an inner dialogue of "Serve others." "How can I help? How can I serve?"

The Mantra of this law is;

" Om Varunam Namah", which means "My life is in harmony with cosmic law."

Let us find out our Dharma through our daily mediation. Listen to our heart saying. Be grateful with our inner wisdom.

"To work with love…is to weave the cloth
with threads drawn from your heart, even as if your beloved wore that cloth.”
-Kahlil Gibran, The Prophet
